The Role
You are the link between the customer's needs and the company's technical solutions. The role combines sales with technical understanding and involves driving the business from the customer's needs to quotation and technical decision-making support, in close collaboration with field sales representatives and other internal functions. You have individual customer responsibility for selected customers.
In practice, you work with handling inquiries, quotations, and specifications, technical consulting, customer documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You also serve as back-office support for field sales, contribute to product development/design (including CAD) when needed, and manage administrative systems (e.g., CRM/ERP). The role also includes SQM, such as contact with production in various parts of the world and handling compliance and documentation requirements. The role can be adapted to some extent to the individual and their experience, and you may, for example, be involved in areas such as practical prototype development and IT system responsibility.

You are comfortable making new contacts and identifying business opportunities.
You are unpretentious, have a positive attitude, and can work both independently and in a team, as well as having a good ability to build and maintain relationships.
Your Background
We believe you have a relevant engineering degree from university (e.g., Mechanical Engineer) and have worked in similar roles for a few years. You are well-acquainted with the manufacturing industry and its requirements. Linguistically, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

You will be based at our pleasant head office in Landvetter, just outside Gothenburg.
